Hilton Sandestin Beach is a great place to host a small team building event — whether you’re a startup, small company, or just getting together with a single department or team within a larger company. Our Florida meeting space is located directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, providing plenty of opportunity for work and play. We’d recommend setting up shop in our Boardroom. It’s a perfect spot to gather the team for presentations or brainstorming discussions. The room seats 12 and features a private bathroom, balcony and separate foyer area to provide privacy and plenty of space. For team building activities, consider a group cooking class at our AAA Four-Diamond restaurant, Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood. Or hit the beach for a sandcastle building contest, stand up paddleboarding lesson, beach volleyball or a bonfire.

Mid-Sized Corporate Retreat

For a mid-size gathering, the opportunities at our hotel meeting spaces are endless. Beyond our large ballrooms, we have plenty of breakout space for simultaneous classroom-style meetings or presentations. Check out our Heron and Pelican Rooms, and our 106-seat tiered theater which is perfect for tech-centric sessions. Our Sandpiper Room, which seats 350, is a good fit for large luncheons or dinners. We also have beautiful outdoor deck space overlooking the water (our Sunrise and Sunset Deck accommodate 325 and 500 guests respectively) which is great for a larger cocktail hour or networking event. And if you’re looking for team building opportunities, consider contacting our recreation staff to organize a company-wide Beach Olympics. Large National Conference

We’ve hosted many events throughout the years for large associations and organizations, gathering folks from all around the world in our hotel meeting space on the Gulf of Mexico. To accommodate large events, we offer three ballrooms — The Emerald Ballroom, Coral Ballroom and Coastal Ballroom. The Emerald Ballroom is the largest of the three, and can accommodate 1,200 guests.
