COVID-19 Updates at Hilton Sandestin Beach

To Our Valued Guest,

We’re excited to welcome you to Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa! We thank you for your patronage and your patience with our staff as they work diligently to create a memorable experience for you. Due to the national staffing shortage, as a result of the pandemic, our amazing team is working tirelessly to ensure no lapse in service for our guests but we can only ask so much of them. We appreciate your understanding during this time and hope you are still able to feel the light and joy of hospitality through our staff interactions.

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious illness, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone that has recently tested positive for COVID-19 at the time of your upcoming stay, we ask you to call our on-site reservations team to reschedule your visit at 850-267-9500. We thank you for keeping our guests and team members safe by staying home until you are well.


UPDATED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

As of July 2021, Hilton Hotels & Resorts has updated its CleanStay policies. We will no longer be sealing off guest room doors prior to arrival in accordance with these updated Hilton mandates.

Guests are encouraged to continue wearing facemasks when indoors and in areas that social distancing is not possible, per the CDC’s updated recommendations. Complimentary facemasks are available at the front desk for any guest in need of one; we appreciate your help in keeping everyone safe during this time.
 

Housekeeping Services:

At this time, we are not providing daily housekeeping services. Limited maid service will be provided to guests staying 3 nights or longer – the front desk will coordinate with these guests to determine which day they will receive service. Please note, rooms with Do Not Disturb hung on the door will not receive service as scheduled. Maid service will not be provided unless the room is free of all guests.

Place used linens and trash outside of your guest room door throughout the day for our housekeeping team to remove. If you’d like additional amenities please contact the Front Desk by dialing 0. All requests for amenities will be placed in sealed single-use bags placed outside your room.
 

Guest Elevators:

Sanitizer stations are located in each individual elevator car. Elevator capacity has been reduced to ensure the number of guests using our facilities at one time doesn’t put other guests at risk.
 

Transportation:

For transportation around the area, we suggest using a local taxi service or ride-sharing app. Riding sharing services like Uber and Lyft are allowed to pick up and drop off hotel guests on our front drive. For more transportation recommendations please reach out to our bellmen by dialing 40 from your guest room phone.
 

Updated Service Hours:

The Sandestin Resort Tram is currently running from 10 am-10 pm daily. The tram offers limited capacity levels and picks up by the entrance to the Spa Tower. Travel Traders Gift Shop is open daily from 8 am-10 pm. Kids Krew is closed until further notice.
 

Gold & Diamond Members:

Effective July 1, 2021: As a Hilton Honors Gold or Diamond member, you and up to one guest (who must be registered to your hotel room) will each receive a $12 daily food and beverage credit in place of your existing complimentary continental breakfast benefit. This credit will be automatically applied to your folio at the end of each day; it is only applied against food and beverage charges, does not roll over if unused, and does not apply to charges paid by methods other than room charges. Please note, as a Gold member, if you choose points as your Hilton Honors MyWay benefit this credit does not apply to your reservation.
 

Onsite Dining:

All surfaces within the restaurants are cleaned and disinfected with commercial-grade products in between each guest experience. Our menus and hours are subject to change and can be found online at hiltonsandestinbeach.com.
 

Serenity by the sea Spa:

Serenity by the sea Spa is open daily with appointments available from 8 am-7 pm. The fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day on the lower lobby level of the Spa Tower – guests must be 16 or older to use the fitness center. Make an appointment in advance by calling the Serenity front desk at 850-622-9595.
 

Beaches & Pools:

At this time our beach is open to guests of Hilton Sandestin and Serenity Spa members only. We suggest making reservations for beach chairs in advance by dialing 3065 from your guest room —please check-in at the beach hut before 11 am daily. Tents, “canopy” tents, and all four-legged structures are not permitted on our beach. You will be asked to remove them.
