Hadashi Sushi Bar

Authentic Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Near Destin

Hadashi Sushi Bar at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa allows our guests to sample authentic Japanese sushi in a warm and inviting setting, often with live piano music playing in the background. Located within Sandcastles Lounge, Hadashi is also a great place to gather for drinks. Try the sake, a Japanese imported beer like Sapporo, or a green tea.

Sake, Sashimi and Chef Specialties

The menu at Hadashi features traditional sushi options. There are appetizers such as seaweed salad, edamame and miso soup, as well as nigiri, sashimi, classic rolls (Maki) and hand rolls (Temaki). Specialty rolls include the Cool Breeze (smoked salmon, avocado, tuna, mango & krab wrapped in cucumber strips with Sunomono sauce) and the Sandestin Sunset (spicy krab salad and asparagus, topped with fresh salmon, lemon and spicy mayo).

Besides the traditional menu items, Hadashi also offers chef specialties, including Sashimi Ceviche (white fish, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, krab stick, masago, scallion, yuzu ginger dressing, Japanese tomato salsa), as well as other items dependent on whatever fresh Gulf of Mexico seafood is on hand.

Prices range from $4 for some appetizers to up to $18 for some specialty rolls and $45 for the Chef Specialty Sashimi Plate (ahi tuna, salmon, yellowtail, escolar, white fish).
