In accordance with CDC guidelines, Hilton Hotels & Resorts requires face coverings in all indoor public areas of our hotel. At this time complimentary upgrades are not available. Guests must be 25 or older to check in. Our onsite restaurants are currently closed to non-hotel guests with the exception of Seagar's Prime Steaks & Seafood. We are no longer permitting tents of any kind on our beach – we apologize for the inconvenience.

Meeting Space


With over 40,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and an expansive outdoor deck that stretches 20,000 square feet that overlooks the Gulf, Hilton Sandestin Beach is the perfect location for your next event. There are six meeting rooms located on our theatre level for small group sessions and breakout space. We also feature a small-scale Theatre that can hold around 106 people comfortably with a large screen projector and theater style seating.

Conventions & Expos


Hosting a convention that includes breakout sessions and dining breaks? Look no further, at Hilton Sandestin Beach our three spacious ballrooms can hold up to 2,600 people at once and can be broken down into smaller rooms if need be. With six smaller meeting facilities your attendees can simply walk downstairs to their breakout area without having to rush or worry about leaving the hotel. As an added bonus we offer catering options for your events as well as our in-house restaurants SandcastlesHadashi Sushi BarBarefootsPicnix Poolside MarketThe Coffee Shop and our Four-Diamond restaurant Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood.

Outdoor Events


Our outdoor deck can be broken down into four separate areas perfect for an awards banquet with a Gulf backdrop. Considering hosting a large lunch reception — the deck can hold up to 2,500 people but we suggest taking advantage of this space during our secret season — September through November and February through May are prime times to use the decks. The Florida weather can be unpredictable but our accomplished team always suggests booking backup space indoors to ensure your event is perfect.

Located throughout the meeting spaces our charging stations are equipped for both regular chargers and USB ports. We feature a business center with both Macs and PCs with the ability to print any last minute papers you may have. The Coffee Shop opens daily at 6:30 a.m. and serves Starbucks® coffee available for purchase giving attendees that extra morning boost. Our resort is the perfect place for an attendee to bring their family with our kid friendly bunk beds and in-house award winning spa there is something to keep the whole family entertained during your conference.
